Fall fair ambassadors promote the program at KDSS

The three current local fall fair ambassadors were at Kincardine District Secondary School Wednesday, promoting the program with students there.

Ripley ambassador Meghan Johnson, Kincardine ambassador Sadie Shewfelt, and Tiverton ambassador Kerri Rice spoke to young people at KDSS, urging them to get involved in the ambassador program because of the many opportunities it offers.

Several students indicated they were interested in participating in one of the competitions this year.

The Kincardine fair runs Sept. 4-6; the Ripley fair runs Sept. 25-26; and the Tiverton fair runs Oct. 2-3.
