Chuck's Roadhouse to open next month in former Crabby Joe's location
A new bar and grill is set to open in Kincardine next month.
Chuck's Roadhouse has moved into the former Crabby Joe's location on Sutton Street, across from the Sutton Park Plaza.
Manager Steven Gould welcomes people to drop in with their resumes, as he plans to hire about 40 full-time and part-time staff to operate the new restaurant, slated to open in early May. "We're hiring for all positions - management, servers, hosts, line cooks, etc."
The company, based in Mississauga, took over the premises about a week-and-a-half ago, said Gould, and this is the first establishment of its kind. "We felt the area was in need of a good value restaurant, providing good quality service and good prices, and this is a great location."
Chuck's Roadhouse will offer steaks, hand-battered fish and chips, pork chops, liver, burgers, salads, all made from fresh ingredients, said Gould.
Anyone interested in applying for a job at the new restaurant, should stop by between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., and drop off a resume.
