Kincardine Theatre Guild brings home six Western Ontario Drama League awards

Kincardine Theatre Guild brings home six Western Ontario Drama League awards

The Kincardine Theatre Guild has won six Western Ontario Drama League (WODL) awards, after performing "Taking Care of the Browns" at the festival May 14 in Hanover. 

Award winners:

  • Gabrielle Geberdt and Poppy McFarlane – Young Backstage Creatives (Lighting)

  • Director Alison Moran - Best Musical - "Into the Woods"

  • Matt Harvey – Outstanding Performance in a Major Role - "Taking Care of the Browns"

  • Holly McAdam – Costumes - "Taking Care of the Browns"

  • Jayne McGibney – Props and Set Dressing - "Taking Care of the Browns"

  • Jim and Leise Peddie – Lifetime Member Award
