Kincardine hosting Job Fair and Career Expo, April 9
Following a strong turn-out in 2025, the Municipality of Kincardine, in partnership with the Kincardine and District Chamber of Commerce and the County of Bruce, is welcoming back the Job Fair and Career Expo, Thursday, April 9, from 4-7 p.m., at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine.
The free event brings together local employers, job-seekers, students, and community organizations for an evening of connection and conversation.
“The Job Fair and Career Expo is all about connecting people to opportunity,” said Evan Vatri, Kincardine's community economic development co-ordinator. “It’s a chance to explore careers, meet employers, and find ways to get involved in the community.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with employers and organizations from across the region. Opportunities include full-time and part-time employment, summer jobs, and career pathways, as well as volunteer roles with local community groups.
Whether you’re entering the workforce, considering a change, or looking to get more involved locally, the event offers a welcoming space to ask questions, make connections, and learn what’s available in your community.
There is still time for businesses and organizations to register as exhibitors. Participation is free and provides an opportunity to connect with potential employees, promote career pathways, and share volunteer opportunities. Exhibitors will be provided with an 8-foot table and chairs and are encouraged to bring promotional materials, signage, and giveaways.
Businesses and organizations can register for a booth or find more information on-line at
www.kincardine.ca/JobFair/. Participating exhibitors will be shared closer to the event.
