​Lynn Hatten is new Bruce County director of corporate services

Lynn Hatten (above) is the new director of corporate services for Bruce County, as of March 2.

As a member of the county’s senior leadership team, she directs sustainable and transparent financial services, and oversees purchasing, risk management and insurance.

Hatten joined Bruce County in October, 2014, as a financial analyst and later, advanced to the role of finance manager. Since January, 2020, she has served as the county’s deputy treasurer.

She is a chartered professional accountant and holds an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.

“On behalf of Bruce County council, I extend sincere appreciation and congratulations to Lynn (Hatten) as she takes this next step," said county warden Luke Charbonneau. "Her leadership and contributions will continue to support the county’s long-term financial sustainability.”
