​OPP seek public’s assistance in active investigation at McBeath Conservation Area
(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - The South Bruce OPP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating possible witnesses of an incident that took place Sunday, in the McBeath Conservation Area, southeast of Paisley.

Sept. 1, the South Bruce OPP received the report of an incident that took place a day earlier, Aug. 31, between 1-3 p.m., in this conservation area.

Investigators are actively conducting an investigation and are appealing to the public for assistance.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or has information that could assist with this ongoing investigation, is asked to contact the South Bruce OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a secure web-tip at www.cstip.ca, where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.

    What a ridiculous, ambiguous press release from the OPP. Few details released. Are any supervisors checking these things...? Just another sign of the chaos going on in the OPP these days. Similar to the RCMP, just on a smaller scale.
