South Bruce OPP investigating fatality in Brockton

(BROCKTON, ON) - Aug. 28, at 11:41 a.m., members of the South Bruce OPP, Elmwood Fire Department and Grey County Paramedic Services responded to a serious collision involving two passenger vehicles, on Bruce County Road 10, near Elmwood, in the Municipality of Brockton.

A 69-year-old woman of Arran-Elderslie, a passenger in one of the involved vehicles, was pronounced deceased. The two drivers were transported to local hospital with minor injuries.

Bruce County Road 10 was re-opened at approximately 8:15 p.m.

The collision continues to be investigated by the South Bruce OPP with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team.
