Be a superhero - join the Parkinson SuperWalk Sept. 13

Everyone is welcome to be a superhero and join in the 15th annual Kincardine SuperWalk for Parkinson's, Sunday, Sept. 13, in Victoria Park.

Help ease the burden of Parkinson’s for people in your community with all proceeds going to the Parkinson Society of Southwestern Ontario for support services, education, advocacy and research.

The event begins with registration at 1 p.m., a barbecue supported by the Kincardine Lions Club, and a silent auction.

The walk starts at 2 p.m. and has a five-kilometre route and a two-kilometre route through the downtown and along the waterfront.

All money raised goes toward research, education, advocacy and support services. It’s a great way for a family to spend an enjoyable afternoon!

For more information, or to register, check the website at: www.parkinsonsuperwalk.ca
